Cyber Clean on KPLC Does It Work Segment!
LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) ‚Äì It’s a high-tech, new age cleaning compound designed for cleaning the dust and dirt from your electronics. ¬†Its texture is like a mixture between slime and silly putty.¬† The instructions are simple: a press and a pull and you should have a clean keyboard.¬† That’s if it works.
So the container we’ve purchased has 4.94oz or 140grams of the yellow blob of Cyber Clean.¬† It is designed to conform to the shape of whatever you decide to clean, while at the same time grabbing onto and locking in dust and dirt.¬† Keep in mind, this works with pressure and not a rubbing motion, so it looks for loose dirt in hard to reach places.
Drew Dover is the internet director here at KPLC.¬† He’s the one that suggested we test this product, therefore he volunteered or I harassed him into being our tester, you pick which one!

Drew reviews the do’s and don’t of the Cyber Clean.¬† Basically, it comes down to a simple press and a pull action to rid area of dust and dirt.¬† After rubbing around the compound in his hand for ten seconds as instructed, Drew pushes the Cyber Clean onto the keyboard for a first pass.¬† What did we find on the yellow mass?¬† Dust, hair, and some grime, but we’re only getting started.
“The first pass got a little bit of stuff.¬† We’ll try it again to see what it picks up this time,” said Drew.
A few more presses and pulls of the Cyber Clean, and each pass nabbed a little more dirt.
Drew explains, “The stuff deep down in there, it doesn’t seem to go quite as far enough to get that stuff.¬† But on the top, the keys, and a little bit down in there, it’s getting that okay.”
He tried it on a few more keyboards with similar results.¬† He then moved on to the dusty backs of some computers.¬† The Cyber Clean ripped the dust off the fan vents without any trouble.¬† And the best part, it’s all trapped inside the mushy material.¬† As a matter of fact, the Cyber Clean changed to a darker color, which indicates when it’s used up and time to be disposed.
“For keeping things clean and keeping the dust out, I think it will do a pretty good job.¬† I think I would purchase it and use it on the keyboard at home,” suggested Drew.

I spend a lot of time in front of my laptop and you just won’t believe the amount of dust I find there.  Well, I am guilty of eating while working so there are some food crumbs on the keyboard occasionally 
I have been looking around for something to clean the keyboard but to no avail.  While surfing the internet just now, I found the Cyber Clean.  It is a cleaning compound which  reaches all those hard to reach small places and removes all the nasty and harmful stuff. Recently I received the Cyber Clean Cleaning Compound. It’s not only an alliteration and fun to play with, it works. This thing was taken to extreme measures cleaning laptops with clogged-particles-that-will-not-be-named-for-the-safety-of-your-ears, and I might have thrown in a toilet here and there. It takes out the mess with a simple¬†press down, and you won’t be¬†disappointed¬†with it due to the durability and low price. As a side note, the shipping time was one day, even though it was sent out for review purposes. The video below has a bit more info about it. Also, don’t put it in Germ-X or any other liquid, as it will start coming off.
