This odd-looking goo is actually a cleaning product. Cyber Clean is designed to collect and absorb dust and dirt that collects in hard-to-reach cavities such as those around the keys on phone and computer keyboards. 
Simply squish the biodegradable slime onto the keyboard and the company insists it will lift the dirt away, killing any nearby bacteria in the process.
